Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or other sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project. This confidentiality obligation extends beyond the termination of the contract.

7. Termination

Cine Glow reserves the right to terminate or suspend any service at any time if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the services and return any materials provided by Cine Glow. Any outstanding payments will remain due.

8. Disclaimers

• No Warranties: Cine Glow provides its services “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Cine Glow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
